Dan Zukovic’s DARK ARC, a bizarre and disturbing modern gothic noir called “Absolutely brilliant…truly and completely different…” in Film Threat, was recently released on DVD and Netflix through Vanguard Cinema, and is currently debuting on Cable Video On Demand.
