Paint it White
For Halloween, we have a creative idea reminiscent of the “Scream” franchise (and the Edward Munch inspiration) for nail polish from blogger MotherIrreverent!
To create this look (which glows in the dark), she layered the coats as follows:
1) full coat of white nail polish
2) full coat of glow-in-the-dark nail polish
3) paint the black eye and mouth holes with black nail polish (using a toothpick)
4) Add fine details with black sharpie marker
5) finish with a clear coat to protect
